I adored the quirky decor, especially the velvet tufted headboard and nightstands in the deluxe room. The loggia provided a fantastic view of the harbor, perfect for people-watching. The rooftop terrace was a delightful spot to catch sunrises and sunsets. Staff interactions stood out. Irina and Misha were incredibly helpful with recommendations and engaging talks about Croatia's culture. However, navigating to the parking garage was confusing, especially since my rental car was gas-powered, and I was advised to park there anyway. The check-in process was notably slow, taking much longer than expected. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and pricey at E15 each, especially for vegetarian choices. I had issues with a malfunctioning refrigerator in my room, which was disappointing. After requesting assistance, I learned new fridges were on the way but they couldn't accommodate my needs during my stay.

The Lifestyle room featured a jacuzzi tub next to the bed, which added a unique element to relaxation.
You had to pay for city tax in cash, which felt a bit odd considering the hotel’s level. The minifridge didn't work at all, leaving drinks warm, and there was no soap or conditioner provided, which you’d expect from a decent hotel. Additionally, I dealt with a broken safe that never got repaired during my stay, and the balcony door was problematic, feeling rickety and unsafe. On top of that, the noise inside the hotel made it tough to catch some sleep, and the wi-fi connection was consistently unreliable.

Unexpected charm in downtown Split
The beautiful rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city and coastline. The vibrant atmosphere makes it an ideal spot to unwind after exploring local attractions.
However, finding the parking was quite challenging, as the hotel is tucked away in an alley and the available public parking was quite a distance away.

Perfect for a relaxed getaway
Location is very convenient, just a short walk to main spots! The staff was friendly too, really felt like they cared about us and our stay.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly for what we got it seemed acceptable.

The location offered a perfect balance of proximity to the vibrant attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the city hustle. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploration. However, the refrigerator in the room was malfunctioning, which was an inconvenience, and the bathroom could use more toiletries for a more comfortable experience. Despite these minor setbacks, the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.
